Landskrona Property Management AB is a municipal company within the Landskrona Hus AB group.

The Workplace

Our task is to manage premises for all departments of Landskrona city. The city owns about 180 properties under LFAB's management, as well as a number of leased properties that are also part of our management assignment.

At LFAB, we currently have 30 employees in various positions.

The position includes operational and maintenance responsibility for Landskrona city's properties within the administration.

You will be part of our operations team and have primary responsibility for your properties within a management area. You will independently and in a team perform corrective actions, inspections, and documentation on the properties. You will work closely with your colleagues at LFAB, where the importance of collaboration is crucial.

We are constantly developing and working with digital tools as part of managing our properties.

We work in Vitec (property system), UBW (invoice system), Office package, and you should also be able to communicate via email and Teams.

Job Responsibilities

· Overall responsibility for the daily operations of your properties.

· Responsibility for all technical supply systems in your properties.

· Contact with tenants and responsible for actions and feedback on reported issues in Vitec.

· Responsibility for purchasing materials and ordering services.

· Able to assist during authority inspections.

· Supervision of properties according to a set schedule.

· Documentation.

· Maintaining good order in the properties.

· Handling media readings

· Actively working on improvement projects within the properties.

· Actively conducting workplace environment work.

· Possibility for on-call work.

Qualifications

Some type of technical high school education, preferably with further training in property technology or equivalent experience from working life.

Class B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish are required.
